Silence, stillness, meditation, contemplation. Surrendering to the Source of All. The Centering Prayer movement was inspired by Thomas Merton and developed by Fr. Thomas Keating. It is an accessible method of meditation practiced by millions.
Join with us for an on-line, at home weekend retreat of deepening into the silence and stillness of knowing and communion. We will gather via Zoom for four 2 hour sessions of information, discussion and meditation. This retreat is designed for those beginning a meditative practice or seeking to deepen their practice. Seekers of all faith traditions are welcome
On Saturday evening master keyboardist and sounds of healing artist Rahjta Ren will offer a special composition to enhance our journey into silence and stillness
Our facilitator is Ronald E. Moor, minister, spiritual guide and energy medicine practitioner. Ron has been meditating for over 40 years and is a frequent meditation guide.

“Prayer is not a request for God’s favours…Genuine prayer is based on recognizing the Origin of all that exists, and opening ourselves to it.”
